Dollarama seeks a Senior Manager, Operations to lead a three-shift distribution centre in Montreal, driving strategic direction and operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

You will lead an extensive management structure, champion continuous improvement, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, technology, and equipment while aligning with company objectives and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of operations management experience in high-volume distribution/logistics or manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and deliver transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, financial, and organizational capabilities.
• Inclusive and motivating leadership with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead management teams across three shifts to achieve KPIs and safety goals.
• Oversee day-to-day DC operations with a medium- to long-term strategic vision.
• Drive continuous improvement projects across processes, technology, and equipment.
• Contribute to capacity planning, workforce planning, automation, and capital investments.
• Manage budget analyses and identify cost-optimization opportunities.
