Job summary

Dollarama in Montreal is seeking a Network Operations Manager reporting to the Director, IT Infrastructure. The role leads enterprise network operations across corporate offices, distribution centres, datacentres, cloud environments, and retail stores, ensuring availability, performance, security, and scalability.

Based at the Montreal head office with a hybrid schedule, the role oversees Canada and Australia network teams, coordinates outages, deployments, and modernization initiatives, and

Qualifications

• 8+ years in network engineering or operations.
• 3+ years in leadership/management.
• Experience in large, multi-site enterprise networks.
• Retail network experience is a strong asset.
• Strong routing, switching, security, VPN, SD‑WAN, wireless, Internet, HA.
• Hands-on Fortinet technologies experience.
• Experience with enterprise network monitoring platforms like SolarWinds.
• English and French communication proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Canada and Australia Network Operations team.
• Ensure availability and performance of LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, SD‑WAN, Internet and cloud services.
• Oversee monitoring, incident response, problem management and RCA.
• Coordinate major outage response and service restoration.
• Oversee deployments and migrations for retail locations.
• Define and maintain network standards, documentation, and procedures.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Project teams.
• Manage network inventory, licensing, and lifecycle.
