Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of operations management experience in a high-volume distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience managing large teams and leading transformation projects.
• Strong command of operational KPIs and analytical tools.
• Hands-on experience with WMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Functional bilingualism in French and English is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead, engage, and develop management teams to meet and exceed KPIs.
• Oversee day-to-day distribution center operations with a long-term vision.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to processes, technologies, and equipment.
• Contribute to strategic planning including capacity, workforce, automation, and capital investments.
• Participate in budget management and financial performance analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (transportation, IT, finance, HR, procurement, stores).
• Develop talent and promote a culture of performance, collaboration, and integrity.
• Champion health and safety leadership across the DC.
