The Opportunity
A proactive leader and operational problem-solver, you are responsible for the efficient and effective coordination of BC Ferries’ Commercial Services operations. With a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and customer service excellence, you will oversee day-to-day commercial activities, including drop-trailer services, while contributing to the strategic and financial goals of the organization.
You will work closely with Operations Managers, the Commercial Services team, Safety and Maintenance departments, and external stakeholders to ensure operational continuity, compliance, and continuous improvement. You are results-oriented, metrics-driven, and thrive in dynamic environments where innovation and stakeholder engagement are key to success.

Additional information
This is a regular, full-time position with a salary range of $81,100 to $101,300 per annum. The starting salary will be based on the successful candidate’s competencies, including but not limited to experience, education and performance, related to this role.
