What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop and implement training programs: Design and develop training curriculum for


patient support staff based on the organization's objectives and industry best practices. -

Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and materials for training

content. - Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, job

aids, and e-learning modules.

  • Conduct training sessions: Deliver comprehensive training sessions to patient support staff,


both new hires and ongoing employees. - Utilize various training methods and techniques

to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development. - Facilitate interactive and

engaging training sessions by incorporating role-plays, group discussions, and real-life

scenarios.

  • Evaluate training effectiveness: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through


evaluations, feedback forms, and performance metrics. - Analyze training data to identify

areas of improvement and make appropriate adjustments to training materials and sessions.

Continuously monitor and review the impact of training on patient support staff's

performance and overall program outcomes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Partner with program managers, clinical specialists,


and other stakeholders to understand program requirements and align training initiatives. -

Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date,

and aligned with industry standards. - Communicate and coordinate training schedules,

resources, and requirements with relevant departments.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in


patient support programs, healthcare regulations, and training methodologies. - Attend

conferences, training workshops, and relevant industry events to enhance knowledge and

network with professionals in the field. - Share knowledge and best practices with the team

and integrate new ideas into training programs.

About Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Education, or related field; advanced degree or training certification is an asset.
  • 7+ years of experience in healthcare operations or training, preferably within Patient Support Programs (PSPs).
  • Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver effective training programs using various formats (in-person, e-learning, job aids).
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, with experience leading engaging and interactive sessions.
  • Skilled in evaluating training impact and using data to drive improvements.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally with clinical and program teams.
  • Solid understanding of PSP trends, healthcare regulations, and adult learning principles.
