In this role, you will:

1. Provide expert operational input and oversee the management and administration of efficient and safe water/wastewater treatment and collection systems.
2. Supervise all aspects and impacts of capital expansion programs of water/wastewater treatment facilities.
3. Provide expert operational input to engineering, pre-design, and design plans for major plant expansion.
4. Ensure operating compliance with existing legislation and management systems.
5. Negotiate with clients regarding all aspects of contracts.
6. Lead and provide strategic/technical expertise, advice, and policy recommendations to regional/OCWA management and regional clients/partners on preventative maintenance strategies and technical solutions to support client operations and OCWA business development objectives.
