Join the management team at OCWA in an exciting leadership role to oversee and inspire a team providing safe, client-oriented, and valuable water management services across Ontario.

In this role, you will:

• Provide expert operational oversight and manage the administration of efficient and safe water/wastewater treatment and collection systems.
• Supervise all aspects of capital expansion programs for water/wastewater treatment facilities.
• Contribute expert operational input to engineering, pre-design, and design plans for major plant expansions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and management systems.
• Negotiate contract aspects with clients.
• Offer strategic and technical advice, policy recommendations, and preventative maintenance strategies to regional/OCWA management and regional clients/partners to support operations and business development.
