Desjardins in Montreal West, QC seeks a senior business strategy advisor to shape strategic plans, monitor performance, and guide initiatives across units. You will lead complex projects, influence stakeholders, and translate business needs into practical solutions aligned with the enterprise architecture.

The role requires eight+ years of experience, a related Bachelor's degree, French fluency and strong English, plus comfort with cross-functional collaboration and executive-level advisory work

Qualifications

• Experience advising senior management on strategic projects.
• Develop and update policies, standards and programs.
• Identify, analyze and diagnose major issues for decision-making.
• Represent the unit before decision-making bodies.
• Collaborate with external partners and organizations.
• French language required; advanced English due to duties.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients and partners to position, plan, develop, execute and monitor strategic projects and initiatives.
• Develop and update policies, standards, models and programs to support your unit’s strategic projects and initiatives.
• Identify, analyze and diagnose major issues and make recommendations to decision‑making bodies.
• Represent your unit before decision‑making bodies and represent Desjardins’s position in external agreements.
• Coordinate with multiple sectors and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business strategy.
