Job summary

AIG Canada is expanding its Multinational team and seeks a Client Executive II to oversee a portfolio of Tier 2 multinational programs. You will partner with product underwriters and distribution to deliver compliant, high-quality service across the lifecycle, engaging with brokers and senior client personnel.

Bring a minimum of 5 years in commercial insurance, deep multinational program knowledge, and strong communication to drive client satisfaction and contract certainty.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years commercial insurance experience.
• Strong knowledge of complex multinational programs and processes.
• Client-facing experience with senior client personnel/risk managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage multinational service delivery for the assigned portfolio.
• Coordinate communication across internal and external stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders to ensure compliant program design and delivery.
• Lead multinational end-to-end process adoption and ensure timely service delivery.
• Support underwriters with program design, documentation, and regulatory adherence.
• Maintain client and broker updates on program performance and SLAs.
