Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years insurance experience, preferably in client servicing (broker or company).
• Experience handling large captive programs and Multinational corporations.
• Excellent knowledge of in-country commercial insurance products and market practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage service for local policies ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements.
• Train and manage support team on outsourced activities.
• Develop and maintain close working relationships with clients and brokers.
