Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in IT.
• 12+ years as a Senior Systems Administrator in medium to large environments.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure administration.
• Experience with Copilot, Power Platform, SharePoint, Purview, and DLP.
• Experience with Windows infrastructure services including DNS, DHCP, and file servers.
• Strong scripting ability in PowerShell.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work in a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 on-call support for production systems as needed.
• Act as SME across multiple platforms; maintain 24x7 availability.
• Design and implement technical solutions to meet business needs.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra, AD, and Exchange in a hybrid environment.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure operational excellence.
