Job summary

CMHC in Ottawa/Montreal seeks an experienced Advisor, Solutions Architect to lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture in complex enterprise environments. You will blend strategic design with hands-on troubleshooting and collaborate across IT and business teams.

The role requires D365 expertise, strong integration skills, and a track record of delivering scalable, secure solutions within Agile/DevOps practices. Hybrid work with in-office presence is supported.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and 10+ years delivering enterprise apps and integrations.
• Expertise across D365 platforms incl. Customer Engagement, Finance & Operations, and Customer Insights.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise integration architectures and patterns.
• Strong proficiency with REST and SOAP APIs and enterprise integration technologies.
• Experience with Azure Integration Services and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural leadership for D365 initiatives and platform enhancements.
• Lead solution design decisions balancing business needs with scalability and governance.
• Enforce D365 best practices and Microsoft-recommended architectures.
• Design, monitor, and improve integrations between D365 and enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues across APIs, middleware, and data flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable technical solutions.
• Provide hands-on delivery including D365 configuration, deployments, and production support.
• Review code and maintain architecture documentation; mentor teams.
