Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an MEP Coordinator to provide technical oversight and design assurance for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems during the construction phase of the RSSOM contract for the Ontario Line in Toronto, Canada. You will review contractor submissions and support resolution of engineering issues across multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, a minimum of seven years in MEP design or delivery, and a project

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of experience in design or delivery of MEP systems on large infrastructure projects.
• Experience supporting construction-phase engineering services is preferred.
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Ontario, or progress toward licensure, is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight and design assurance for MEP systems during construction.
• Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, and method statements for compliance.
• Coordinate with civil, architectural, and rail systems disciplines to resolve conflicts.
• Support testing, commissioning plans, and system start-up activities.
