Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level Mechanical Engineering degree with PE license or eligibility.
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing and building systems design and assessment.
• Ability to work with codes and standards in Canadian contexts.

Responsibilities

• Design and assess building mechanical systems across design and operational phases.
• Prepare technical documentation, design reports, specs and drawings.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure code compliance.
• Support inspections, condition assessments and lifecycle planning.
• Manage multiple projects with scope, schedule and budget control.
