Egis Canada is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex electrical systems for airport, infrastructure and building projects. You will prepare design documentation, specifications and reports, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations, while collaborating with architects, civil and mechanical engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering required.
• P.Eng. designation with APEGA in good standing required.
• Minimum 10+ years of electrical engineering experience.
• At least 5 years of experience designing/managing projects in Canada.
• Experience with electrical design standards and codes (CEC, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and implementation of electrical systems for complex projects.
• Prepare design documentation, specifications and reports to meet standards and client expectations.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and design staff; review technical work for quality.
• Manage project schedules and budgets; engage with clients to understand requirements.
• Contribute to engineering standards, processes and best practices.
