TD is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to drive technology solutions for Marketing Technology. You will onboard new tools, support changes, and work with diverse partners across TD Securities' technology teams.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or technical certificate; business/technology focused preferred.
• 3–5 years relevant experience.
• SDLC/Agile methodology experience.

Responsibilities

• Support technology initiatives and onboardings for marketing technology solutions; coordinate with multiple internal groups.
• Manage changes to existing technology applications within the Marketing Technology portfolio; handle config changes and upgrades.
• Define and document requirements, perform impact analyses, develop test plans, and support UAT with business partners.
• Collaborate with Solution Designers/Architects to research current capabilities and propose options.
• Keep management informed of project progress and risks with clear mitigation recommendations.
