Job summary

PICTON Investments is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager, Digital Enablement to spearhead our digital marketing efforts with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Allego to support Marketing and Sales initiatives.

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, you will develop automated email journeys for Retail, Institutional, and Wealthtech audiences, driving personalization and client engagement, while exploring AI-powered solutions to improve efficiency and campaign

Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in digital marketing or email marketing.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Experience managing Allego or similar sales enablement tools.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and optimization of email marketing strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Create targeted, personalized campaigns to drive engagement and outcomes.
Manage segmentation, A/B testing, personalization and campaign optimization.
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
Own Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Allego; ensure optimization to support Marketing and Sales.
Partner with Sales Operations and Technology to enhance integrations.
Manage Allego content and drive user adoption through training.
Identify AI opportunities to improve marketing workflows and analytics.
