Job description

Intuit is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join the TurboTax team. This role is responsible for driving the marketing strategy to grow our #1-in-Canada DIY tax business. Your strategic mindset, ability to collaborate with stakeholders, and attention to detail will be essential to success in this role.

Responsibilities

Join us at Intuit as a Senior Marketing Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our tax business. If you enjoy creating strategic foundations to acquire new tax customers, work well with others, and analyze data, we would love to hear from you.

  1. Product Marketing Strategy: Use data, market research, and customer insights (with 5+ years of experience) to identify target segments. Understand their needs and develop positioning and promotions. You will own 3 of the 4 Ps and influence the 4th P—Product.
  2. Forward Thinking: Stay ahead of industry and competitor trends to identify differentiation opportunities. Provide input on product enhancements and ensure alignment between customer needs and product features.
  3. Collaboration: Work with marketing, product management, analytics, and customer success teams to align strategies, support strategic partnerships, and communicate product updates. Develop relationships with TurboTax US team members for cross-country collaboration.
  4. Grit and Determination: Demonstrate resilience to overcome challenges and achieve marketing objectives. Monitor KPIs, optimize performance, and leverage data to maximize ROI.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a SaaS-based fintech company
  • Experience identifying new segments and conducting research to gain customer insights
  • Proven success in creating marketing strategies that drive business growth
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and insights (Tableau experience is a bonus)
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to craft concise documents such as business cases
  • Curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Innovative mindset and passion for exploring new ideas
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
