• 2+ years of marketing leadership experience in an ecommerce/D2C environment.

• Strong ability to turn campaign data into strategic decisions (CPA, ROAS, revenue, segments).
• Full-funnel expertise across paid media, email, ecommerce, loyalty, organic social, influencers, and customer service.
