• 10+ years in design or creative roles.
• 7+ years leading creative teams.
• Ability to set creative direction from business goals.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary creative initiatives.
• Strong commercial instincts with understanding of funnels and e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Set the visual standard for AlgaeCal across campaigns, websites, ads, and brand assets.
• Lead and develop designers and creative specialists; review work and provide direction.
• Protect and evolve the brand to stay fresh and aligned with business goals.
• Improve the creative process; fix unclear briefs and revision bottlenecks.
• Use performance data to guide future ad creatives and impact.
• Build a team aligned with future business needs and planned growth.
• Leverage AI to accelerate ideation, production, and workflows without sacrificing taste.
• Stay current with design trends and tools and bring best ideas to the team.
