AlgaeCal Inc. is seeking a top-tier Marketing Leader (Campaigns) to drive revenue growth through full-funnel, data-driven campaigns across paid media, email, loyalty, and ecommerce channels.

The role requires strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on execution to turn ideas into revenue. You will own campaign planning, budgeting, and optimization at scale, managing six-figure monthly budgets and translating performance data into actionable improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing leadership experience in planning and executing D2C campaigns in an ecommerce environment.
• Experience managing six-figure monthly marketing budgets and optimizing spend for profitability.
• Strong data-driven decision making with metrics like CPA, ROAS, revenue, margins, EBITDA.
• Full-funnel mindset across paid media, email, ecommerce, loyalty, and organic channels.

Responsabilités

• Lead the end-to-end planning, briefing, launch, and optimization of campaigns.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align channels, creative, and offers.
• Monitor performance and adjust budgets to maximize profitability and ROAS.
• Design and optimize customer journeys from first touch to final purchase.
• Implement testing strategies (A/B, multivariate) to improve results.
