Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Experience mentoring designers and raising the bar.
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Figma proficiency and familiarity with digital marketing assets.
• E-commerce or marketplace experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor design team to improve output.
• Ensure on-brand, actionable creative for campaigns.
• Lead major campaigns, product launches, website projects.
• Review creative work with clear feedback, fast turnaround.
