Job summary

BDO Canada is seeking a Senior Manager, Solution Operations – Business Analysis & Quality to provide strategic leadership across BA and QA disciplines within our Solution Operations practice. You will establish standards, governance, and a roadmap, directing a multidisciplinary team to translate client needs into well-defined, validated solutions ready for operation.

The role requires partnering with practice leaders, executives and technical teams to shape priorities and delivery plans,

Qualifications

Progressive leadership experience across business analysis, quality assurance, or technology delivery.
Experience leading teams with portfolio-level oversight across multiple engagements.
Knowledge of requirements lifecycle, process modelling, and traceability.

Responsibilities

Define and lead vision, operating model, standards and roadmap for BA and QA across Solution Operations.
Provide strategic oversight across client engagements, applying appropriate analysis and quality approaches.
Collaborate with leaders and teams to shape priorities, scope, and delivery plans.
Establish methods for discovery, elicitation, test planning, release readiness and transition to operations.
Lead quality reviews and drive improvements through root-cause analysis and governance.
