BDO Canada’s Solution Operations practice helps clients transition technology solutions into stable, scalable services. We are seeking a replacement Senior Manager, Solution Operations – Business Analysis & Quality, to provide strategic leadership across BA and Quality disciplines that support managed services and technology engagements.

You will establish consistent standards, strengthen delivery governance, lead a multidisciplinary team and ensure that business needs are translated into

Qualifications

Leading business analysis and quality assurance across complex client engagements.
Experience with portfolio-level oversight across multiple technology programs.
Agile, ITIL, and hybrid delivery models familiarity.

Responsibilities

Define and lead vision, operating model, standards and roadmap for BA and QA across Solution Operations.
Provide strategic oversight across a portfolio of engagements with appropriate analysis, validation and quality approaches.
Partner with leaders to shape priorities, scope, delivery plans and success criteria.
Establish methods for discovery, requirements elicitation, test planning, and release readiness.
Lead quality reviews and governance to ensure traceability and high-quality artifacts.
