Job summary

THE·TEAM in Toronto is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Canadian Performance & Insights function. You will drive partnership measurement, audience intelligence, and data storytelling for sport, entertainment and culture programs, coordinating with clients across verticals.

You’ll manage a team of professionals, deliver dashboards, and translate data into actionable insights for senior decision-makers. A background in data analytics, market research, or management consulting is essential,

Qualifications

3-5+ years of relevant experience in data and analytics, market research, or management consulting.
Direct experience in sport, entertainment, or marketing/partnership sectors.
Ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Lead partnership measurement to determine ROI and inform strategic recommendations.
Develop dashboards to distill qualitative and quantitative metrics across a portfolio of partnerships.
Design consumer segmentation solutions and inform audience intelligence efforts.
Create client-ready deliverables, POVs, and visuals for presentations.
