This is a full-time hybrid role - 3 days on site based out of our Toronto office.

What You’ll Do

Partnership Measurement

  • Develop measurement dashboards that distill qualitative and quantitative metrics to evaluate performance consistently across a partnership portfolio

Audience Intelligence

  • Complement syndicated sources with primary research to inform a deeper understanding of a target audience, shaping the insights that inspire creative, experiential, and partnership strategy that resonates with the right consumers through the right channels
  • Design and develop custom research methodologies including, but not limited to, consumer surveying, brand health, and partnership impact
  • Develop consumer segmentation solutions, delivering unique fan profiles representing consumer attitudes, behaviors, and motivations

Data Storytelling & Client/Stakeholder Presentations

  • Lead the development of client deliverables, POV’s, reporting tools, and supporting materials that blend our multiple capabilities and data sources to deliver clear, concise, and actionable insights
  • Assemble ideas, themes, and observations into compelling visuals through design-forward client presentations

Industry Expertise

  • Monitor trends across the sports, entertainment, and media landscape to keep internal team and clients abreast of key industry developments

Team / Client Management

  • Foster a positive and collaborative environment while managing a team of Performance & Insights professionals
  • Lead and manage multiple client relationships with a steadfast commitment to exceptional service
  • Drive project management efforts, determining critical milestones, and reporting progress in a timely manner

  • Direct experience in the sport, entertainment, or marketing / partnership sector
  • Experience translating quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Strong ability to communicate information to decision-makers and senior-level directors through storytelling, specifically in the form of data-visualization and written presentations
  • High level of initiative and innate curiosity, adaptable to high performance in both an independent and team setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized, with a proven ability to multi-task and self-manage to meet deadlines and handle competing priorities

  • Demonstrated ability to lead people through successful coaching, communication, and empathy
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills particularly required for PowerPoint and Excel
