  8. Promote a customer-focused culture to strengthen client relationships and leverage broader organizational resources.
  9. Create an environment for effective operations aligned with the company's values, code of conduct, and risk management policies.

Do you have the skills to succeed? We’d love to work with you if you have:

  1. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
  2. Proven success in leading large, multi-stakeholder projects.
  3. Strong skills in developing presentations, socializing proposals, and facilitating management decisions.
  4. Experience in resource planning, reporting, prioritization, and budgeting.
  5. Ability to foster innovation and accept associated risks.
