Job summary
TD is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Strategy & Transformation for Governance & Control in Toronto. You will shape the annual and multi-year strategy, drive disciplined execution, and enable modern oversight through data, automation, and AI.
Partner across lines of defense and enterprise functions to strengthen risk culture and deliver strong colleague and customer experiences. You will own the OKR framework, deliver executive dashboards, and oversee automation initiatives, reporting
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, governance and delivery.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive materials.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision making.
- Experience with automation, AI/ML applications, or digitization programs.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of risk frameworks (3LoD, regulatory expectations, audit, controls) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead G&C annual and multi-year strategic planning and roadmaps.
- Own OKR framework and performance reporting for VP/SVP/executive committees.
- Identify and deliver automation and AI opportunities to scale oversight.
- Modernize reporting with automation, data visualization, and Power BI.
- Develop executive-ready materials and strategic presentations for leadership.
- Strengthen risk culture and stakeholder partnerships across lines of defense.
