Job summary

TD is seeking a data operations leader in Toronto to manage complex support for enterprise data platforms and business applications. The role focuses on intake, triage, escalation, and coordinated resolution while ensuring service standards and governance.

You will analyze operational trends, develop Power BI dashboards, and support automation/AI-enabled solutions to enhance efficiency and delivery. Collaboration with technology partners is essential to align with governance and PDLC guidelines.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or technical certificate required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in operations/support.
• Experience in incident and problem management.
• Experience with Jira and ServiceNow for issue tracking.
• Strong Power BI reporting and analytics skills, including dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex operational support for enterprise data platforms and apps.
• Analyze trends and develop Power BI dashboards to improve service delivery.
• Coordinate issue resolution and maintain SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet data governance and PDLC requirements.
