Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
• 7+ years of governance, risk or regulatory experience.
• Knowledge of TD Scaled Agile and regulatory requirements helpful.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a strong governance and internal control environment.
• Apply enterprise governance frameworks, standards, and procedures.
• Provide risk and control insights to enable strategy execution.
• Build risk reporting and oversight practices for senior management.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise on required actions.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit, ORM, Compliance, and Legal.
• Support remediation plans and risk assessments (CRAs, PIAs).
• Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholder groups.
