Job summary

TD is seeking an execution-focused Manager for the Governance & Control (G&C) and Strategy & Transformation (S&T) teams in Toronto, Ontario. You will help shape strategic plans, manage OKRs, and drive automation and data-enabled oversight across the three lines of defense.

You will partner with finance, workforce strategy, and business partners to translate strategy into actionable workplans, develop leadership-ready dashboards in Power BI, and foster a strong risk culture while delivering

Qualifications

5 -7+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, governance, program delivery, or business management.
Strong ability to manage workstreams, organize complex information, and execute in fast-paced environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare leadership-ready materials and influence stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data and insights into practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Priority Management: support development and execution of G&C's strategic plan and translate pillars into workplans.
OKRs / Performance Management: manage G&C OKR framework and prepare leadership-ready dashboards.
Automation, AI & Technology Enablement: identify and support automation and AI use cases.
Reporting, Insights & Executive Communications: modernize reporting with automation and Power BI, deliver insights for leadership.
