Job summary

TD is seeking a Senior Manager, Operational Risk Management – KI in Toronto to lead the KI program across TD's second line of defence. You will design, implement and monitor the KI program, aligning with evolving regulations and industry expectations while coordinating with risk partners and regulators.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of related experience in risk management, governance & control, or audits
• Excellent presentation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional leadership and planning skills to handle complex, multi-stakeholder teams
• Strong people skills with the ability to influence across the Bank
• Familiarity with Canadian and U.S. regulatory requirements for operational risk management

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with risk and business partners for successful coordination and delivery of the KI program
• Own, enhance and implement KI program in line with industry practices and regulatory expectations
• Develop and transition KI program to target state in EGRC ServiceNow
• Ensure KI program documentation and artifacts are high-quality and timely
• Benchmark TD’s KI methodology against industry practices and regulatory expectations
• Represent TD in meetings with Regulators and industry working groups
• Identify and develop a diverse talent pipeline to strengthen the KI program
