Mattr Corp. is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Governance to lead the creation and operationalization of an enterprise‑level governance framework for sourcing, supplier lifecycle management, and geopolitical risk integration.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, compliance, or governance roles
• Experience implementing enterprise governance frameworks or risk management programs
• Strong understanding of global sourcing risks, including geopolitical, regulatory, and operational factors
• Experience working in complex, multi‑business unit or multinational environments preferred

Responsibilities

• Design and implement an enterprise sourcing governance framework that balances oversight with practical processes
• Define cross‑business unit sourcing standards to manage risk across units
• Develop geopolitical risk monitoring and regulatory compliance reporting frameworks
