Saputo, Inc. is seeking a Master Data Governance Sr Manager to lead enterprise-wide governance and elevate data quality across global divisions. You will coach a high-performing team, set strategic goals, and partner with IT leaders to enable trusted data-driven insights.

You will define an enterprise framework, establish governance standards, and drive adoption of AI-enabled quality tools, ensuring data protection and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in master data governance/management or related roles.
• Minimum 8 years in SAP Master Data (Material, Vendor, Customer, GL).
• Minimum 5 years of experience coaching a team.
• Strong knowledge of data governance principles and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee master data governance activities across Saputo global divisions.
• Establish enterprise governance framework and roadmap.
• Lead Master Data Governance council and cross-functional work groups.
• Collaborate on AI-enabled data quality tools to improve governance.
• Define KPIs, monitor compliance, and ensure data quality and protection.
