Placements24 is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead logistics and supply chain operations in a remote-first environment. You will develop end-to-end strategies, drive efficiency, reduce costs, and guide a distributed team using data analytics and technology to optimize performance.

The role covers procurement, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and demand planning; you will mentor remote staff, build supplier relationships, ensure regulatory and sustainability standards are met,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in SCM, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of global supply chain management experience with proven leadership.
• Expertise in supply chain strategy, logistics optimization, and cost management.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, SCM software, and data analytics tools.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive supply chain strategies.
• Oversee procurement, inventory, warehousing, transport, and demand planning.
• Lead and mentor a remote team of supply chain professionals.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and 3PL providers.
