Job summary

Stelpro, Inc. in Calgary is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead sourcing, inventory, and logistics to ensure a reliable supply chain and cost optimization across our operations.

You will develop supplier relationships in North America and international markets, oversee purchasing, planning, and warehouse activities, and coach the supply chain team while driving continuous improvement and regulatory compliance. Travel of about 5–10% is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies while managing relationships with North American and international suppliers.
• Oversee purchasing, materials planning, inventory management, and warehouse operations in support of production requirements.
• Coordinate supplier qualification and regulated supplier or component changes with Quality & Regulatory and Engineering.
• Own inbound and outbound logistics, customer shipping, transportation, customs, brokerage, and freight management.
• Manage carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other logistics providers.
• Ensure import, export, customs, and shipping documentation requirements are met.
• Maintain knowledge of Canadian, U.S., European, and other applicable shipping requirements to support Hazloc’s markets.
• Lead, coach, and develop the supply chain team while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Establish and monitor key supply chain KPIs, mitigate supply risks, and drive cost optimization initiatives.
• Travel within North America and internationally as required, typically approximately5–10%.

On a daily basis, you will:
