Job summary

TD is seeking a Senior Manager, Learning Operations & Partner Excellence in Toronto, Ontario. You will provide strategic leadership for learning operations, partner ecosystem governance, learner support, and financial stewardship within TD's global learning program.

You will establish scalable processes, lead external vendor relationships, drive service excellence, and ensure compliance, risk management, and alignment with enterprise priorities while fostering innovation in learning technologies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, operations management, vendor management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading operational functions with governance, financial management, service delivery, vendor management, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy for Learning Operations & Partner Excellence and align with enterprise priorities.
• Establish governance, service models, and scalable processes for efficiency and quality.
• Lead vendor selection, onboarding, performance reviews, and partnerships evaluations.
