Job summary

BDO Canada LLP is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Development Programs to lead the firm’s enterprise talent development portfolio, translating strategy into priorities, plans, and investments. You will lead a team of eight professionals, coach and develop talent, and partner with senior leaders to deliver high-impact programs that enable growth.

Qualifications

Significant progressive experience in talent development, leadership development, or related field.
Experience leading enterprise or large-scale talent programs.
Ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complex stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

Prioritize and evolve the enterprise Talent Development program portfolio aligned with strategy.
Translate priorities into clear programs, plans, and investments.
Establish governance, quality standards, and decision processes across the portfolio.
Lead a high-performing team of Talent Development professionals.
Build trusted partnerships with senior leaders and act as strategic advisor.
Measure impact and drive continuous improvement across the portfolio.
