Job summary

BDO Canada is seeking a Senior Manager of Talent Development Programs to lead a portfolio of enterprise talent initiatives. You will translate strategy into priorities, allocate resources, and guide a team of eight professionals to deliver high-impact development programs for the firm.

You will partner with senior leaders across Talent Development and People & Culture to ensure programs are aligned with organizational priorities and measurable value.

Qualifications

• Significant progressive experience in talent development or leadership development.
• Experience leading enterprise or large-scale talent programs.
• Strong portfolio, program, and operational leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the prioritization and evolution of the enterprise Talent Development program portfolio.
• Translate business needs into clear program priorities and investments.
• Establish governance, quality standards, and decision processes across the portfolio.
• Lead a team of Talent Development professionals to deliver high-quality programs.
• Partner with senior leaders to align development solutions with firm priorities.
