Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• 7+ years’ experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or private equity.
• Experience driving enterprise-level strategic planning and complex financial models.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Shape enterprise strategy and translate long-term goals into a multi-year roadmap.
• Partner with the CSO and executives to align strategy across functions and regions.
• Oversee capital allocation decisions and evaluate growth levers and trade-offs.
• Develop and present insights with financial models and performance KPIs.
