Job summary

Equinix is seeking an FP&A Senior Manager to support Global Design & Construction, Procurement, GRE and Corporate Development. You will partner with senior leaders to drive capital planning, forecasting, and executive reporting across the Americas and beyond.

The role requires strong FP&A expertise, ability to influence decisions in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, and a track record of delivering actionable financial insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 10+ years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Finance Business Partnering.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting.
• Experience with capital-intensive businesses or large-scale investments.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing decisions.
• Ability to operate in a global, matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with Hyperion PBCS or comparable planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Strategic business partnership with GDC, Procurement, GRE, Corporate Development, and FP&A.
• Own Americas CAPEX planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Lead cash flow forecasting and ensure forecast accuracy across regions.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support investment decisions.
• Deliver global reporting packages and executive-level analysis.
