Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in data center, infrastructure, telecommunications, technology, or professional services environments is a plus.
• Typically 7–10 years of experience in Service Delivery, Operations, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Product Operations, or Operational Excellence.
• Proven experience operationalizing products, services, or technology solutions across their lifecycle.
• Experience partnering with Product Management, Engineering, Technology, and Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational readiness, service transition, and lifecycle management for products/services.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure operational requirements are incorporated into product design and delivery models.
• Establish and maintain scalable operational processes, controls, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Develop sustainable operating models that support ongoing service delivery, supportability, and operational excellence.
• Ensure services can be effectively deployed, supported, measured, and continuously improved throughout their lifecycle.
• Support operational assessments, readiness reviews, and launch activities for product enhancements and infrastructure initiatives.
