Job summary

Equinix is seeking a Strategy Senior Analyst, Special Projects within the Catalyst Team in Toronto to partner with senior leaders and frame complex problems. You will independently execute workstreams, build simple models and visualizations, and drive adoption with change-management practices.

You will synthesize inputs, create executive-ready narratives, and communicate effectively to guide decisions. This role emphasizes problem solving, data-driven storytelling, and enterprise mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience; management consulting or internal consulting preferred.
• Proven success leading cross‑functional projects.
• Results‑driven problem solver with critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Ability to synthesize, distill, and simplify information.

• Solid executive presence and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional workstreams end‑to‑end, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
• Create, maintain and own core project management artifacts (charter, RAID log, project plan, governance).
• Support change and adoption by creating stakeholder impact assessments and tracking adoption actions.
• Tracks the project status; identifies, monitors and escalates risks, actions and decisions.
• Regularly interact with senior leaders and influence decision-making through data-driven storytelling.
