Cohere seeks a talented and strategic leader to join Cohere as the Senior Manager of Performance Content. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that positions Cohere as the premier Secure AI solution for businesses, with a focus on generating sales leads, fueling pipeline, and accelerating revenue. Your content will target C-level executives and decision-makers at Global 2000 companies, influencing their understanding and adoption of Cohere's innovative AI technologies. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with the Product Marketing, Web, Analytics, and Sales teams to develop compelling content for our highest priority industry verticals. The ideal candidate combines creativity, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making to deliver impactful content that engage target audiences and drive measurable outcomes.

As our Senior Manager of Performance Content, you will be responsible for:

Content Strategy And Creation

• Build a comprehensive global content strategy that aligns with Cohere's business goals, targeting C-levels and business decision makers at Global 2000 companies.
• Create compelling and informative content pieces, including blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, newsletters, infographics, and more.
• Ensure content is optimized for search engines and aligns with Cohere's brand voice and tone.
• Develop content that supports customers at every stage, from acquisition to renewal, including product education, guides, webinars, and best practices.
  
  

Leadership And Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Lead and mentor content creators, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality content production.
• Partner closely with Product Marketing, Web, Analytics, and Sales teams to ensure content aligns with our product messaging, web strategy, and sales strategy.
• Partner with the Events team to lead the creation of engaging webinar & event content, working with subject matter experts to deliver valuable insights and demonstrations of Cohere's product capabilities.
• Foster a collaborative environment, working closely with the demand generation, product marketing, and sales teams to support their needs and goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform content strategy and keep Cohere at the forefront of the Secure AI space.
  
  

Driving Accountability And Business Growth

• Develop framework for measuring the impact of content on pipeline creation, working across teams and stakeholders
• Leverage data and analytics to assess campaign performance, optimize strategies, and make informed editorial decisions
• Track and analyze the performance of content on a weekly basis, framing ROI in terms of deal flow and revenue
• Continually iterate our content slate to maximize its impact on business goals
• Measure and analyze the performance of content across various channels, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing future materials.
  
  

This career opportunity may be a good match for you if you have:

• 15+ years of experience developing and executing successful content strategies, preferably in a B2B technology or SaaS environment.
• 5+ years of experience managing and leading a content team.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives and adapt content for different formats and audiences.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in content creation tools, SEO best practices, and analytics platforms.
• A deep understanding of the B2B sales cycle and the role of content in driving pipeline and revenue.
• Passion for Secure AI and its potential to transform businesses.
