Overview

Alight Solutions is looking for a Senior Manager, Go-to-Market Pricing to oversee and execute daily pricing activities for our core health and wealth administration solutions. The role involves collaborating with multiple teams to structure deals, build financial models, and recommend competitive, profitable pricing strategies. You will also participate in strategic initiatives to shape our broader pricing approach and deliver value to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop & Maintain Financial Models: Create and update Excel models for active deals, incorporating service costs, client needs, and market trends.
  2. Provide Tactical Recommendations: Offer guidance on discounting, bundling, and pricing levers, balancing client demands with profitability.
  3. Stay Responsive: Quickly respond to pricing requests, adapting to new information while maintaining accuracy.
Collaboration & Deal Management
  1. Partner with Stakeholders: Work with sales, client management, and operations to confirm deal assumptions and finalize pricing.
  2. Participate in Review Sessions: Present models and rationales, highlighting risks and opportunities for leadership.
Deal Modeling & Execution
  1. Manage Multiple Deals: Track and manage various deals, ensuring deadlines and standards are met.
  2. Document & Communicate: Record decisions and updates, communicating promptly with stakeholders.
Tools & Process Improvement
  1. Refine Tools: Continually improve modeling tools for accuracy and usability.
  2. Streamline Processes: Identify and implement process improvements to reduce turnaround times.
Data Analysis & Insights
  1. Monitor Performance: Analyze deal data to inform future pricing strategies.
  2. Share Insights: Provide market and trend insights to influence pricing strategies.
Strategic Initiatives & Projects
  1. Contribute to Projects: Collaborate on initiatives to refine pricing models and strategies.
  2. Influence Strategy: Partner with leadership to pilot new pricing frameworks.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Business, or related; Master’s preferred.
  • 5-7 years in pricing, finance, or contract management, with B2B experience preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with analytical tools and CPQ is a plus.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Information
