Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing, business development or related role in a professional services/ law firm.
• Experience leading and developing a team in deadline-driven environments.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
• Strong research, analytical and writing skills; able to present to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of award, directory, and league table submissions.
• Analyze rankings, identify trends, and suggest improvements for market positioning.
• Provide day-to-day direction, mentorship, and QA for team members.
• Advise leadership on market recognition opportunities, risks and performance.
• Collaborate with Client Programs Director to drive technology and process improvements.
• Coach on submission content, referee management and interview prep.
• Develop submission best practices, templates, and processes; drive continuous improvement.
• Shape communications strategy to maximize visibility of rankings and awards.
• Coordinate with broader Clients & Markets team on related functions.
