Norton Rose Fulbright Canada invites applications for a Client Programs Manager who will lead directories and awards programs to elevate the firm’s profile nationwide and in local markets. You will shape a strategic approach, coordinate submissions with practice groups, and serve as the Canadian liaison for Global directories.

The role requires documented project management and writing skills, the ability to work with leadership on messaging, and the ability to build credibility across the firm.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing, business development, or related role in professional services.
• Experience developing and managing legal directory and award submissions is a plus.
• Demonstrated project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Ability to build relationships and establish credibility across the organization.
• Strong research and writing skills with process analysis and continuous improvement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, editing, and proofreading experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution of legal directory submissions and award programs.
• Coordinate submissions content, tone, deadlines, and internal communications with practice groups.
• Draft, edit, and proofread submissions and prepare for directory interviews.
• Serve as the Canadian contact for Global directories team and provide analysis of market positioning.
• Prepare quarterly performance reports and recommendations for leadership.
• Develop and maintain best practices and guidelines for directories and awards.
