Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing, business development, or related experience in professional services.
• University degree or college diploma in a related field.
• Experience leading a team in a high-profile, deadline-driven environment.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive initiatives.
• Experience developing programs, frameworks, or operational improvements.
• Experience submitting to leading legal ranking and award programs with understanding of criteria.
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills; able to present insights to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of award, directory, and league table submissions to support firm strategy and market position.
• Analyze ranking outcomes, identify trends and opportunities, and provide improvement recommendations.
• Provide day-to-day direction, mentorship, and QA for team members in directories, awards, and related initiatives.
• Advise leadership on market recognition opportunities, risks, and performance.
• Partner to identify and implement technology and process improvements across the function.
• Provide strategic coaching on submission content, referee management, and interview prep.
• Develop submission best practices, templates, and processes for continuous improvement across programs.
• Develop communications strategy to maximize ranking visibility and impact.
• Collaborate with matter management, pursuits, and demand generation teams.
