Job summary

tentree, a Vancouver-based lifestyle apparel brand, seeks a high-energy Major Account & Marketplace Manager to scale wholesale revenue across North America. You will hunt for new opportunities, negotiate with buyers, and drive growth across major accounts, digital marketplaces, and corporate partnerships.

Responsibilities include leading top-tier negotiations, expanding Open-To-Buy programs, and building compelling B2B sales packages. Hybrid work with some travel is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven sales success in major account, wholesale, or business development roles.
• Experience opening new major accounts, expanding doors, and meeting quotas.
• Ability to leverage retail metrics to build strong buyer cases.
• Hands-on experience with sales order tools, EDI, and analytics dashboards.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, marketing, or equivalent experience.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle; ability to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue across existing and new major retail accounts in North America.
• Proactively prospect, negotiate, and open high-volume accounts.
• Lead seasonal showings, pre-line meetings, and executive reviews to secure commitments.
• Architect growth strategies for drop-ship digital marketplaces and online wholesale.
• Build robust B2B pipelines and partner with distributors for bulk sales.
• Support external reps with updates and alignment to ensure brand messaging.
