Qualifications

• Exzell ent excellences in oral and written communication; strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of plant safety, environmental requirements and cGMP for maintenance work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to work with CMMS backlogs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accepted work orders are reviewed, prioritized and have a detailed work plan.
• Create and maintain equipment files with accurate bills of materials and technical info.
• Facilitate cross-functional planning meetings to review CMMS backlog and set weekly priorities.
• Coordinate maintenance with production schedule to ensure equipment access at the scheduled time.
• Develop and report metrics on schedule compliance, accuracy and backlog.
• Optimize Preventative Maintenance programs with input from technicians and engineers.
